STAFF

GLENN DE KLER (Managing Director) moved to New York City in 2004 and has been working within the New York theater community ever since, fulfilling his lifelong desire. He holds a Bachelor of Science & Communication in Motion Picture Production and a Bachelor of Arts in Theater from the University of Miami. Glenn made his directorial debut with the Panicked production of Howard Korder’s Boy’s Life. He has produced two original works with Panicked Productions, and co-wrote Whiskey, Beer, and Apple Pie.

JESSICA DE KLER (Director of Development) is a founding member of Panicked Productions and has been with the company since its inception. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater at the University of Miami and her Associates in Applied Science in Interior Design from the New York School of Interior Design. Mrs. De Kler has produced two original works and two revivals with Panicked Productions and was most recently seen as Guildenstern in Tom Stoppard’s Rozencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead, produced by Panicked Productions in association with the Midtown International Theatre Festival. She lives in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

ROB EGGINTON (Creative Director) is originally from Westchester County, New York. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Theater from the University of Miami in 2003. Rob is a founding member of Panicked Productions and directed their premiere, Out of Gas on Lover’s Leap. He also wrote and directed Papa’s Will, which appeared in the 2007 Midtown International Theatre Festival. Most recently, Rob co-wrote and directed Whiskey, Beer, and Apple Pie which was also produced in association with MITF.

BOARD

JOSH BUILDER (President of the Board) serves as Chief Technical Officer at The Orchard, a global leader in digital media and entertainment. He oversees all product development and operations, including product strategy, product technology design, product implementation and rollout, as well as content management. Mr. Builder joined The Orchard in 2003, having previously worked on new technology development for Cingular Wireless in California and T-Mobile USA, in the Northeast. He has served as President of the Board for Panicked Productions since 2010. Josh has a degree in Information Systems and Financial Economics from Carnegie Mellon University.
